Today is Time To Talk Day, a campaign started by mental health charity #timetochange to encourage us all to be more open and have a conversation about our mental health problems, which this year is more important than ever.

Tip 4 - Release weight off your bridge.
Stress is a condition occurring when the demands exceed the resources we are able to mobilise.
To continue with my “Rise and Grow in Uncertain Times’ series of tips, I thought I would share with you the bridge analogy, which helps us understand better why we feel stressed and overwhelmed in particular right now.
Tip 3 - Avoid stress contagion.
With a global pandemic, racial injustice, political unrest and climate change concerns, we are surrounded by uncertainty and we don’t know what life will look like in 6 months or in a year or two. But it’s down to each of us, it is our responsibility to find the resilience to take this in and move forward.
And we must all realise that stress management and self-care are no longer a luxury – they have become a necessity.
