Business Coaching & Mentoring.
Supporting Businesses and the Humans running them.
You’ve got an idea for a new business or a side-hustle but never ran a business before and taking the plunge feels daunting? Or you’ve taken your business as far as you could but it has plateaued?
Business Coaching & Mentoring is for you.
I work with start-up founders, small business owners, freelancers, side-hustlers and entrepreneurs, supporting them in building their dream values-led and impact-driven business without burning out.
Together we can improve your self-confidence, boost your productivity, work on resilience building, burn out prevention or recovery, stress management, time management, or on your work-life integration.
I can also be a sounding board for ideas, support the writing of your business plan, help with the development of your business pitch for funding or provide guidance around your business set up, its brand or its marketing.
Whatever it is that’s stopping you, we can work on it - book below a one-off Focus session or choose the 1:1 coaching programme that is right for you (Kick-Start or Boost)*. If outsourcing some tasks is what you have in mind, find out more about my Communications Consultancy.
* Group programme starting soon, see Business Pods below

Coaching vs Mentoring.
Often used interchangeably and both based on one-to-one conversations, Coaching and Mentoring constitute however different development approaches with their own combination of attributes:
Coaching
Focused on the future and solutions rather than problems, coaching can be summed up as a non-judgmental, open, collaborative, client-led and confidential conversation where a coach helps a client go inward to explore a topic and find their own solutions to their challenges. Coaches do not generally offer solutions themselves or share their views.
Mentoring
Mentoring is expertise-driven and is all about sharing that knowledge or experience. Mentors can provide guidance or advice based on their experience or offer introductions with useful contacts in their network, both of which can fast track results. They might also use the skills of coaching (eg: asking questions) to prompt reflection.
COMING SOON!
Business Accountability Pods.
This group programme is for you if you've been dreaming about starting your own business but don't know where to start, or you've started bringing your project to life but feel like you are constantly winging it.
You will benefit from the camaraderie, sharing of ideas and accountability that come from being part of a group of like-minded people. The programme uses a mix of 1:1 sessions and pod coaching (mini groups of 4), making your financial investment less substantial than with a pure 1:1 coaching engagement.
