Uni Mental Health Day.

With two of my kids at university, I know first-hand how tough it has been these past 12 months for students to cope with e-learning and maintaining a mental and physical wellbeing while being socially distanced.

So as part of #UniMentalHealthDay, here is a reminder of what we can all do to support our wellbeing:

• Stay hydrated
• Eat well to nourish ourself
• Sleep - focus on quality as well as quantity
• Go for a walk or do some form of physical activity to get our body moving
• Spend time in nature
• Create and keep to a morning and/or evening routine
• Have a go at meditation or mindfulness
• Connect - call a friend or a loved one for a chat
• Listen to our favourite songs or an uplifting podcast
• Do something that we love and make some time for this regularly
• Take a tech break and avoid news overload

And most importantly ask for help if things get really challenging...

As a way to give back, I keep a limited number of spaces for working one to one with students at a highly reduced rate. Get in touch to check availabilities.
