As a Business & Personal Coach, I help my clients ditch the overwhelm and create meaningful and impactful lives and businesses. I know the ins and outs of building successful businesses and careers. But I also understand the human side of the equation: the stress, the burnout, the struggle to balance work and life.
That's why I combine my corporate experience and business expertise with a transformational coaching approach, focusing on wellbeing, mental health, work/life integration, and resilience. I work collaboratively and pragmatically with you to build the right foundations for growth or change, helping you flourish and work without burning out.

A passionate coach*, strategist, and "proud nerd" (scientist at heart!). Leveraging 25+ years in coaching, mentoring, business ownership and marketing across diverse fields, I help you build a thriving business or career, and create balanced and fulfilling lives.
As a coach and a proud mama of three kids and two cats myself, I also get the stress and the constant juggle, the slippery slope towards burnout. I’ve been there. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and webinars, I equip you with the tools and support to thrive, and I empower you to achieve your goals, your way, whether personal or professional.
French-British, a lifelong learner, I prioritise mental wellbeing and enjoy upcycling, dance, and family time.
