A vision board is something personal to you and is a visual representation of things you want to achieve or attract into your life.

This supportive in-person workshop led by a certified Transformational Coach is a chance for you to :

Join me for this cosy in-person gathering where…

  • You'll discover different vision board styles to find the perfect fit for you.

  • You’ll craft a beautiful collage using different creative materials such as magazines, washi tapes, and patterned paper.

  • You’ll personalise your board with special touches that reflect your unique spirit (feel free to bring your own magazines, photos or mementos!).

  • You’ll meet a small group of fellow thoughtful humans on a similar journey, and enjoy a sense of connection, community and shared inspiration.

  • You’ll go away with your vision board feeling nourished and connected to yourself, and with a clear sense of what you need from the rest of the year.

What to expect:

  • No artistic experience necessary: I'll will provide some guidance and be there every step of the way to help you bring your vision to life.

  • As an HSP* and introvert coach myself, all of my workshops are introvert-friendly: I will invite those who wish to, to share their thoughts or intentions or to present their finished board to the group. There is however no pressure to speak up at any point.

  • Creative fuel: there will be cake, some bubbly, and good vibes to keep the inspiration flowing!

What’s included:

  • In-person 3hrs workshop including the science behind vision bards and their benefits, goal setting exercise, vision clarification, board creation and reflection exercise.

  • Base for your board and a selection of creative materials for you to embellish your board.

  • A glass of bubbly (non-alcoholic available) and cake.

You will need:

  • An open mind and a commitment to give yourself the gift of time during that afternoon, to be playful and open hearted.

  • Your favourite magazines to sources images.

  • Photos, mementos or objects that resonate with you and your goal that can be placed on your board.

    Note: board base, pens, glue, tapes, and additional creative materials provided.
